This song I am particularly proud of as it is a collaboration if you will with the late great Leadbelly. As I did research I have come across transcripts of some of Leadbelly's braggadocios stories. I combined 2 telling of how he came to the 12 string guitar he played so true and arrived at the lyrics. I wanted a real barrelhouse feel and can feel the floor boards creak as the band follows along.
